Inspired by skies, seas and summits — these online workshops bring creative reflection and embodied awareness into a calm, accessible digital space.
Each workshop is rooted in HICAT-informed creative practice and ocean-inspired metaphor. They are structured, gently facilitated sessions designed to support reflection, adaptation, and reconnection — without pressure to perform or produce.
You don’t need artistic experience.
You don’t need to share anything you don’t want to.
You don’t need to “get it right.”
You are invited to arrive as you are.
What to Expect
Online workshops are:
Small group, live sessions
Gently structured with clear guidance
Reflective rather than analytical
Creative but not skills-based
Accessible and paced with care
Sessions may include image-based reflection, guided noticing, short creative responses (writing, sketching, movement, or symbolic mapping), and optional group sharing.
Cameras can be on or off. Participation is always invitational.
Example Workshops:
🌊 Noticing Like a Mermaid
An introduction to ocean-inspired reflective practice.
Using metaphor, imagery, and structured noticing exercises, this workshop explores how we pay attention — and how gentle shifts in awareness can support rest and clarity.
Participants work with image prompts and simple creative responses to explore:
What draws my attention?
What am I overlooking?
What feels close to the surface right now?
Suitable for those feeling overstretched, creatively blocked, or in transition.
🐚 An Ocean Inspired Map of Capacity
A guided session exploring fluctuating energy and adaptive pacing.
Using a simple “ocean depth” metaphor (Shallows, Midwater, Deeper Water), participants reflect on:
Current capacity
Signs of depletion
Signs of readiness
Gentle adjustment rather than pushing through
This workshop is particularly supportive for those living with changing bodies, chronic conditions, burnout, or neurodivergent processing styles.
🌫 Rest Without Guilt
A reflective workshop exploring the emotional and cognitive barriers to rest.
Through guided prompts and creative exploration, we gently examine:
Internalised productivity narratives
Guilt and comparison
What rest actually looks like for us
Participants leave with a personalised “menu of rest” that reflects their own nervous system and life context.
🌙 Thresholds & Tides
A workshop for times of transition.
Using ocean imagery and HICAT-informed reflection, this session supports individuals navigating change — whether physical, professional, creative, or personal.
Together we explore:
What is receding?
What is emerging?
Where am I in-between?
This workshop offers space to honour uncertainty without rushing resolution.
