Ways to Work Together
There are a few different ways to connect with Circles & Shadows, depending on what you’re looking for and how much energy or capacity you have. Everything is offered with care, flexibility, and an understanding that creative and therapeutic work doesn’t follow a single path.
Creative Movement & Therapeutic Workshops
I offer group workshops rooted in creative therapy, movement, aerial, and dance, informed by HICAT practice and ocean therapy principles. These sessions are designed for adults and focus on gentle, accessible movement, reflection, and embodied awareness rather than performance or fitness.
Workshops may take place in studios, community spaces, or online and are suitable for a wide range experience levels.
Ocean-Inspired Reflective Practices
For those drawn to quieter forms of engagement, I offer ocean-inspired journalling resources, guided reflection sessions, and seasonal practices. These are intended as companions for rest, noticing, and self-connection, and can be explored at your own pace.
This includes self-guided resources as well as occasional live or recorded sessions.
Aerial & Dance Sessions
My aerial and dance work centres on creative exploration, adaptability, and wellbeing. Sessions are shaped by curiosity rather than achievement, and can be adapted to suit different levels of experience, access needs, and physical capacity.
These may be offered as workshops, short courses, or one-off sessions, depending on context and availability.
Talks, Collaborations & Creative Projects
I’m available for talks, collaborative projects, and creative commissions that explore movement, myth, mermaid symbolism, ocean connection, and embodied wellbeing. This includes work with arts organisations, community groups, festivals, galleries, and wellbeing programmes.
If you have an idea or are interested in collaborating, I’m always happy to have a conversation.
Stay Connected
If you’d like to keep in touch, you’re welcome to join The Shoreline — my mailing list for occasional ocean-inspired reflections, journalling prompts, and gentle offerings. I write slowly and with care, and there’s no expectation to keep up.
