These specialist workshops give the option for more unusual wellbeing delivery.
They integrate embodied experience, symbolic reflection, and environment-based awareness in carefully structured, professionally facilitated formats.
Each session is invitational, adaptable, and designed with pacing and accessibility in mind.
There are some examples below but get in touch to create a bespoke workshop.
🕊 Aerial Perspective & Embodied Awareness
This workshop uses aerial apparatus (such as hammock or low fabric) as a reflective tool — not a performance discipline.
Participants are invited to explore:
Perspective from altered height
Containment and support
Letting go of ground (physically or metaphorically)
Trust and self-regulation
Additional creative outlets such as drawing and journalling are combined to create opportunities to reflect.
Important:
This is not a tricks-based class. There is no expectation of strength, flexibility, or prior experience.
Accessibility features include: Low-height apparatus, supported entry and exit, ground-based alternatives for all exercises, clear pacing and choice at every stage
Participants may engage a little or as much as they wish and still receive full benefit from the reflective process.
Delivered in appropriately environments. Circles and Shadows have portable aerial A frames, X-Stage and professional aerial equipment.

🌊 Water Blue: Reflective Pool-Based Practice
Environment-supported regulation & awareness
This specialist workshop takes place in a warm-water pool environment.
Water offers: Buoyancy and support, reduced joint load, sensory containment, slowed movement
Participants explore: Floating and supported rest, gentle water-based movement, breath pacing, environmental noticing
This is not hydrotherapy treatment and not swimming instruction.
It is structured reflective practice in water.
Themes may include:
Capacity and surrender
Containment and release
Nervous system regulation
Relationship to support

All sessions prioritise safety, consent, and optional participation.
Pool access requirements and safety protocols are discussed in advance.

🔮 Intuitive Tool Box - Tarot as Reflective Framework
Symbol, narrative & perspective
This workshop uses tarot imagery as a structured reflective tool — not predictive practice.
Participants engage with selected cards as prompts for: Narrative reframing, identifying blind spots, clarifying internal tensions, exploring transition and change
No prior knowledge of tarot is required.
No belief system is assumed.
The focus is on: Intuition, symbol interpretation, pattern recognition, structured journaling, guided discussion
Participants may work individually or in small groups depending on format.
Tarot is used as metaphor and mirror — a way of externalising internal dialogue and intuition in a contained, psychologically safe way.
