Photography is an integral part of Circles & Shadows, used as a way of noticing, documenting, and reflecting rather than capturing spectacle. My images often explore movement, water, aerial practice and mermaid mythology, focusing on atmosphere, gesture, and the spaces in between.
I’m drawn to slow, intentional imagery — moments of stillness, transition, and quiet presence - allowing light, texture and environment to shape the image as much as the subject itself.
This photographic work is closely connected to my creative therapy and movement practice. Images may be used as reflective prompts, part of creative projects, or as visual companions to workshops and journalling resources. They are not about performance or perfection, but about holding a moment and allowing it to be seen.
Circles & Shadows Photography is also available for collaborative projects, documentation, and commissions where a gentle, embodied, and ocean-informed approach is valued. If you’re interested in working together or exploring how imagery might support a wider creative or wellbeing project, I’m always happy to talk.
